Appointments, cancellation and rescheduling policy

I require 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling and cancellations of appointments. If 24 hours’ notice is not received, I will implement a full fee. If more than 24 hours has been given, a full refund will be given.

The Grief Recovery Method

The Grief Recovery Method is a 7-week programme 1-1, or an 8-week programme in a group. It is required that the participant completes the homework each week before the next session. Failure to do so in a 1-1 session will require the session to be rescheduled and charged appropriately. For a group participant, if homework tasks are not completed there may be cause to ask the participant to leave the current group and arrange for the participant to attend to the next group.
